This is our menu: Breakfast: Buffet with yoghurt, fil, milk, cereals, müsli, raisins, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, boiled eggs, caviar, juice, bread and gluten-free bread, crisp bread, jam, butter, cheese, cooked and smoked ham, smoked sausage, smoked turkey, cucumbers, tomatoes, paprika, salad, melons, and oranges. Lunch: Friday: Breaded fish, herb aioli, and boiled potatoes Saturday: Meatballs and Mac'n'Cheese Sunday: Roast beef and potato salad Dinner: Thursday: Fried chorizo, cucumber mayonnaise, and mashed potato gratin Friday: Oven-baked chicken fillet, chilli mayonnaise, and rice Saturday: Oven-baked pork fillet with herb marinade, served cold with bearnaise sauce and potato gratin -- Dessert: vanilla panna cotta with raspberry compote Sunday: Taco buffet -- Dessert: Mud cake, berry compote, and cream
